Refrigerant 410a, also known as R-410a, is a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant commonly used as a replacement for R-22 in residential and light commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems. It has become the leading choice for such systems due to its high cooling capacity and significantly higher pressure compared to R-22.

Additionally, R-410a is considered to be an environmentally friendly option as it does not contribute to ozone depletion. This is in contrast to R-22, which is a hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigerant that has been phased out due to its harmful effects on the ozone layer.

It's important to note that R-410a should only be used in systems that are specifically designed for it, as it operates at much higher pressures than R-22. I ordered 2 cylinders that were to be shipped together knowing that you required a signature delivery. I arranged my work schedule to be off the day of arrival, but only one cylinder came. I called you and expressed my concern about being forced to lose another day of work to sign for the second cylinder. I was told someone would contact me about it but of course no one ever did. I am now out a second day of work which cost me more than the entire order.
