Satisfied but shipping not so good

I’ll start out by saying Royal Refrigerants was great. Customer service was great. Shipping the item was great. Cost was fantastic!
FedEx was horrible! FedEx held the package for 5 days at one location before moving it 2 hours away. Took 11 days to receive the item (which was not Royal Refrigerants fault) FedEx is just horrible in any aspect
