National Refrigerants AC Refrigerant is a hydrocarbon-based product designed to safely blend with R134a systems. Due to current EPA regulations in the United States, this product can only be marketed for use in R134a systems. It is not legal to use this product in R12 or R1234YF systems, and mixing different types of refrigerants is strictly prohibited by the EPA. Easy Installation
This refrigerant installs just like traditional R134a products. Each can is equipped with standard R134a threads and is compatible with most R134a can taps, making it simple and user-friendly for certified technicians.

Refrigerants are measured by weight rather than volume. Although this hydrocarbon-based refrigerant weighs less than R134a, a 12oz can of National Refrigerants AC Refrigerant delivers performance comparable to approximately 32oz of R134a due to its high efficiency and thermodynamic properties.
